Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Outbound Dialing Specialist with exceptional English-speaking abilities and technical sales experience. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, explaining complex technical products or services, and persuading them to make informed purchase decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a solid background in technical sales.

You Must have

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working in outbound or equivalent role in IT industry, product sales experience preferred.
  • Must have experience in calling US, UK Customers/Clients
  • Infrastructure to work remotely
    • Working Laptop, Noise cancellation Headphones and a Good internet connection.

Essential Skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in technical sales or a related role, especially in making outbound sales calls.
  • Exceptional English-speaking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and call center tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ethical and responsible sales practices.

Good to have:

  • Strong technical product knowledge and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical customers.
  • Technical Sales experience

What you will do

Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers from provided lead lists. Articulate the technical features and benefits of products or services clearly and persuasively.(100- 150 Calls a Day)

Customer Engagement: Establish and drive engagement via different communication channels – zoom calls, emails, social media platforms, etc.

Customer Advocacy: Strong functional skills in identifying and qualifying prospects, and building awareness of Webomates & Webo.ai

CRM Management: Accurately document lead information, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system, HubSpot.. Ensure data integrity and track customer interactions for future reference.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborating with the sales team to drive the journey from a prospect to a customer
