If you’re an Engineering Manager with:
✅ 10+ years of experience, including 3 years in managerial capacity
✅ Strong hands-on Java skills
✅ Expertise in AWS or Azure
✅ A solid grip on software architecture & design patterns
✅ Agile/Scrum familiarity
✅ DevOps tools: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
✅ Experience in the Media and Entertainment domain

Technical Excellence

• Lead architectural design and conduct thorough code reviews
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them when relevant
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java development and best practices

Development & Quality

• Ensure high code quality with minimal defects
• Build scalable, maintainable systems free of technical debt

Leadership & Management

• Recruit, develop, and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Mentor and guide engineers to achieve individual and collective goals
• Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across functions
• Clearly communicate team priorities and progress to stakeholders
