We’re looking for someone who understands the real-world challenges of QA and wants to design smarter solutions. This role blends your testing expertise with a growing focus on product thinking and tool design.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our TestOps team to deeply understand QA workflows and pain points.
• Translate business and product requirements into logical, user-centric product flows using tools like Canva, Figma, Miro, or PowerPoint.
• Work closely with marketing, QA, development, and leadership teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Present design proposals informed by usage data, feedback loops, and team insights.
• Analyse industry trends, competitor tools, and user behaviour to enhance product experience.
• Actively contribute to roadmap planning and product discussions with actionable input.
  

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in automation testing or a related engineering role.
• A mindset for simplifying complex workflows and improving user experience.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva or PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Data analysis capabilities to support design decisions with data.
