About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent systems that can autonomously reason, plan, and act to achieve complex objectives. You will work at the cutting edge of AI, combining advancements in LLMs, autonomous reasoning frameworks, reinforcement learning, and planning systems to build truly agentic software.

You’ll collaborate closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to integrate agentic capabilities into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and taking goal-driven actions.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) with memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures.
  • Develop feedback loops, self-correction mechanisms, and environment-adaptive behaviors for agent systems.
  • Research and evaluate state-of-the-art agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, Crewai, Langgraph, ReAct, Agno).
  • Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design real-world applications of agentic AI in Testing domains.
  • Stay updated on the latest research in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and related fields.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages).
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMS, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Openai API, or similar.
  • Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and planning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning is a plus.

Experience:

2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year working on agent systems or LLM applications.

  • Hands-on experience with building AI agents that interact with API, tools, or environments.
